About a month ago the hobby gaming world was all a flutter with the news that Games Workshops Black Industries wing was canceling production of all games and focusing solely on their novels. This news coming right on the heels of news of their newest RPG Dark Heresy (40k) sold out in a mere 6 minutes (Amazon still has some...). Fans of Warhammer had been anticipating a 40k version of their popular Warhammer Fantasy RPG line for quite a while and retched at this news.


Just last week they caught themselves (or maybe it was there scheme all along?) before it carried on too long and are now licensing their whole board, card, and RPG lines to Fantasy Flight Games. So fret not internets, your games are in the care of FFG - for better or worse.

With the Fourth Edition of Dungeons and Dragons right around the corner many companies are in need of writing. Fantasy Flight, maker of many beloved board games in gigantor boxes, is no different.
